The Zeta Mu chapter awarded with "Outstanding Social Fraternity on Campus" at Sammy's this year

Greetings Taus,
I hope everyone is doing well and ready for summer to get here, I know we can't wait. This past week your undergrad ATO's were awarded with a very prestigious campus award. We were awarded Outstanding Social Fraternity on campus at this years Sammy's awards. The award was given out based on criteria such as philanthropic events, social service, academics, chapter and improvement, and lastly how your chapter exemplified the motto "The measure of a Life is its service." This is the first time our chapter has won this honor in the fifteen years it has been given out. It just goes to show that when you work hard and put your mind to something you can achieve your goals.
We are very proud of the award and our humbled that the university has selected us for this honor. This has also sparked a drive in our younger guys, seeing the commitment that we have made and the satisfaction we received has made them hungry for more. We hope that this is the first of many good things to come including a very focused campaign on winning true merit. We have come a long way in the past four years and we are only getting better. We appreciate all the help and mentoring we have received from our alumni, our leadership skills, as well as professional skills all have benefited from the close relationship we keep with you. Our annual report is due May 1 and we will be giving you a full report on how that goes.
ATO also won its first intramural championship in fours years defeating Sigma Chi 14-12 in the Men's Greek League Softball championship.
Though we have had struggles this year, our tenacity and resilience has shown we can get through anything, and next year things will only be greater. This is for the elevation of man, making each brother the best they can be and we are striving to live those words everyday.
